The weather was so lovely over the weekend and now it's just gone cloudy again! Typical England aha. Anyway this is a typical outfit for me on cloudy days, a jumper and some leather leggings. There's just something about the mix of leather and knitwear that I absolutely love.

I got back from uni last Thursday for the Summer!! So far I'm really enjoying it, however four months of Summer is a long time haha, so I really hope I don't get bored!

I attended my first ever event last night.. eek!! It was a Benefit event for the new FakeUp concealer (which is amazingg may I just say, expect to see that on here very soon!). I was so nervous, having never been to one before, but I had nothing to worry about. Everyone there was really friendly and I had a great night with some champers and a few exciting goodies!! I hope there are a lot more Northern events because I feel like they are always held in London:(

This is what I wore, i decided to go pretty casual, but I did end up dressing it up a bit with a dark lip just before I was about to leave aha! I bought this gorgeous jumper from H&M last week when they had their 20% student discount event, but even before the 20% off it was a total bargain at £14.99. It feels so soft and I can definitely see myself wearing this throughout the "English" summer! && I finally got my Zara City Bag!!! Isn't she gorgeous aha, I absolutely love it, its so perfect for uni and I think it just looks so expensive and professional!

After falling in love with the Zara 'Breakfast, Coffee, Pancakes', at £20 I just couldn't justify that on a t-shirt. So instead I thought it'd be fun to make my own, I used a basic Primark Mens t-shirt and some normal bleach and simply painted on the words and this was the result. I was pretty pleased with it and it was much cheaper than £20!
I paired it with my trusty leather leggings, I have seriously worn these babies to death, its probably about time I bought some new ones but again I'm trying not to spend money so they'll have to wait aha!

I think I mentioned that I was going through a bit of a style rut with not knowing what to wear, despite the masses of clothes I have in my wardrobe aha. Anyway I found this site called www.todayimwearing.com, and basically its just where people post their daily looks. I've been getting so much inspiration from it, I would recommend have a cheeky peak because its helped me so much.

I've also been a lot more adventurous with my lipstick lately, this is Natural Collections 'Crimson' with Rimmel's Kate Moss '#113' over the top, like Lisa Eldridge suggested. I'm definitely loving the look, I just feel it adds more interest to your face aha:)

I'm so excited its pancake day!! One of my favourite times of year aha, my all time favourite topping has to be chedder & golden syrup... honestly don't knock it until you've tried it, its delicious!! My mouth is watering at the thought aha.

I recently saw Charlotte from Ordaining Serendipty do the 20 items - 20 outfits challenge, and since I had my last exam on wednesday and had some spare time, I thought it would be the perfect chance to have a go. I really enjoyed choosing the items and it really made me want to go out and buy them aha, and after thinking I would find it difficult; I actually didn't. To be the honest to only two outfits I struggled a little bit on were the last two, the rest just came easily.

We've had snow!!! Ah, I was so excited to see that we had snow, although it did only last a few hours before turning to ice which wasn't so nice to walk in! I was hoping we would end up have a white Christmas but since the snow here has almost disappeared we would have to have a lot more for that to happen I think:)

Anyway, I've had to most stressful week ever, looking for a house for next year plus a load of work thats due next Wednesday!!! I'm going to be pretty busy over the next few days. However I can't wait to go home next friday for Christmas, so so excited!!

This is my last outfit from home, sniff sniff! The next outfits after this one will all be with my not so nice uni room background, so please bare with me; the background won't be nearly as nice as this one but unfortunately its what I'll have to make do with, sorry in advance if you don't like the new background!

Anyway I found this jumper while wondering through Primark one day, something I have been doing a lot lately while on a tighter budget, and I fell in love with the mottled pattern. I think it makes this jumper look so much more expensive than it is. Paired with my trusty leather leggings; I have seriously be wearing these around 3 times a week at the moment, they're just so easy to wear and go with virtually anything!

I think I have finally recovered from Freshers flu, thank goodness for that, seriously I have hated having a cold, sore throat and everything that comes with it. Also to plan for Winter I had a flu jab, what fun aha, but I got swine flu a couple of years ago and it was nasty so I just don't want to get flu again!
Anyway this is another outfit from back home, as you can probably tell from the background, I had forgotten how many outfits I had saved up, I obviously wasn't on the ball with posting them aha. I think there may only be one more after this though. I have found a place to take photos in my new room but the background isn't nearly as nice but it'll have to make do:)
I officially started my lectures today and I was actually pretty excited, I really enjoyed them. Although I have been given tons of work to do :( aha oh well.

So this is my final holiday outfit of the day (I'm really rubbish for not doing more, will definitely recreate some of them!)
This dress was amazing while in Greece, its made of a light jersey material so it didn't make you feel too warm. I'm really enjoying t-shirt dresses at the moment, I think they are so versatile and I really wish I had got this in more colours!

Firstly I'm going to apologise again because I promised lots of holiday outfits but to be honest I didn't wear that many new outfits, a lot of them were ones I have previously showed you guys and a couple I forgot to photograph so I may recreate them at some point! I'm also going to apologise because the lighting in my holiday outfit photos is awful, but unfortunately unavoidable!

I featured this playsuit in one of my wishlists and I am in love with it. The colour is amazing and I love the lazer detail. It also has a really nice cut out back which I am going crazy over at the moment (forgot to photo it, oops!) expect to see this again soon aha:)

Not really much else to say except this playsuit is the perfect light material in heat, this was definitely the outfit I felt coolest in, highly recommended if its still on the website!

Despite it being a lot warmer here its still been pretty rubbish weather and so i decided to pull out my chelsea boots. I bought these back in January and I haven't got as much wear out of them as I'd have liked for the price. I think I regret buying the tan ones and should have got the black ones instead but oh well i'm determined to get my moneys worth and with the summer as it is I guess I'll be getting these out a lot more.

This top is also a firm favourite of mine. I love the baggy fit and you can't really tell but the fabric is that 'burnout' fabric which I am in love with at the moment! Good old Zara eh!

I was with my grandparents at the weekend and we all went out for a Pizza Express, and this is what I wore! Pizza Express has to be one of my favourite places to eat at the moment, I'm really loving Italian food; I had a bruschetta, a pesto leggera pizza(pizza with salad in the middle) and then finished with a banoffee pie, yummy!

I can't believe how rubbish the weather has been, seriously its meant to be the beginning of Summer and it's pouring it down, has anyone actually had any nice weather?

I went out for a drink with a friend last night and decided I wanted to dress up a little, so I was probably way overdressed for a quietish drink but i had fun getting ready aha! This sheer shirt has become another staple item in my wardrobe lately, it's just so easy to wear and I am in love with the nude colour!

I plan on going shopping today so hopefully over the next week I shall have lots of new things to show you guys!

So I took a well overdue revision break to go for lunch with a couple of family friends yesterday, it was definitely the break I needed! I have this top from Topshop in three different colours because I just love the fit of it, it's so slouchy and I'm not usually a fan of the 'tank' style sleeves but on this top they just work aha.

As you can probably tell from the pictures, I was undecided on heels or plimsolls, and I went for plimsolls in the end and was glad I did because heels would have felt overdressed for this little pub-like restaurant we went to! Back to revision for now though:(
