Hey guys, I'm back! I had a pretty hectic week of work and although I've still got a lot to do, I missed blogging too much aha! Anyway here are my April favourites, just a little late!

Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in Satsuma

I know I featured this in my last favourites but this colour is just so nice and perfect for Summer. I would have never thought that an orange nail polish would be wearable but it really does seem to go with anything!

Essie Absolutely Shore

This is a recent addition to my collection after hearing Vivianna Does Makeup raving about it. It really is the perfect mint, I sometimes find some of the dark mints quite garish and really hard to wear. But this one is a gorgeous pale mint and it looks really lovely on the nails!

Sleek Blush in Suede

I've always been more of a pinky blush person however the past couple of months, I've been reaching for this peachier blush daily! Its quite a dark terracotta colour and I find it just adds a really nice glow to the cheeks.

MUA Eyeshadow in Shade 17

I've also been reaching for more matte eyeshadows this month and so I've been going back to my MUA neutral colours. You can probably tell how much I use this because I've hit pan aha, but it really does look lovely over my Taupe Maybelline Color Tattoo. It just adds a really nice definition to the eyes.

Revlon ColorStay Foundation

I've also gone back to my all time favourite foundation, I was starting to find this foundation a little cakey a couple of months ago however I started using it again a couple of weeks ago and I'm not sure why I found it cakey at all. It just gives a really nice flawless finish and is the only thing that really keeps my oil at bay!

REN ClearCalm 3 Clarity Restoring Mask

This mask is a dream!! It literally is amazing. I only had two small samples of this and am gutted I've almost finished them, will definitely be repurchasing asap! (Read my first impressions rave here!)

Urban Decay 24/7 Shadow Pencil in Wasteland

I had almost forgotten how much I love this shadow pencil. And now I've finally found a cheap sharpener that fits it, meaning I can start using it again (Superdrug double barrelled one, amazing!). Its a really soft, creamy consistency and looks amazing smudged around the eyes for a subtle smokey eye.

NYX Blush in Taupe

Yet again, another re-favourite! I use this daily and I'm not quite sure how I managed not to contour before owning this, I love it. Perfect for us pale girls!

Avon SuperShock Max Mascara

This has to be one of my favourite mascaras. A really thick brush that just adds so much volume to my lashes. Will definitely be buying this over and over again.

Korres Lip Butter in Pomegranate

And finally, I found my Pomegranate Lip Butter! I love these lip butters, this one has a lovely hint of colour to  it and I find they just sit really nicely on the lips!

I was never really a person who used to carry around the same things in my bag. I'd always just take whatever rubbish was in there and hope there' be something in it if I wanted it! However I literally take these three items everywhere with me now.

Soap & Glory Hand Maid Gel

An anti-bacterial hand gel is an absolute must for my handbag and this one smells so good!! I put some on even when I don't need to just so I can smell it aha. Its the perfect size for travelling around with and its just such a great item to keep your hands clean while out and about!

Korres Lip Butter in 'Guava'

I seriously love these lip butters, so gutted that I lost my Pomegranate one. They have a really velvety smooth feel to them, non greasy and super hydrating on the lips. I always find myself needing some sort of lip balm when out and about and this one does the job perfectly. A little pricey at £7 but so worth it in my opinion.

Sanctuary Hand Cream

I've only recently discovered this after going through some gift sets that I got for Christmas; at first I thought nothing of it and just chucked it in my bag because I was in need of a hand cream. However after trying it out I probably wouldn't go for any other. It smells gorgeous as do all Sanctuary products and leaves hands so soft and smooth. This is certainly not greasy, it soaks in so well, yet moisturises amazingly.

I'm a huge fan of lip balms and believe you can never have too many! So I thought I'd share my top four lip balms:

Korres Lip Butter (Guava)

This is a pretty new one to me and i seemed to miss the hype a few years aha, not quite sure how. Anyway these are absolutely amazing, a rich buttery balm and really moisturises lips while giving a hint of colour. They're non-sticky and feel lovely on your lips, I have since ordered the Pomegranate one as I love this one so much! Only downfall for me is the price, £7.00 in my opinion is quite pricey for a lip balm, for this reason I tend to buy my on Asos when they have they're student discount events (e.g. 25% off). £5.25 is a much more reasonable price:)

Nivea Lip Butter (Caramel Cream, Macadamia)

I've been eyeing these up for quite a while and finally managed to buy a few last month. They really are a product that is completely underrated in my opinion. These again like the Korres Lip Butters are very velvety and buttery, no stickyness whatsoever. They are a little thinner than the Korres Butters but I'd say this makes them less sticky; they come in a range of four scents for a bargain price of £2.25, my favourite has to be the Macadamia one. These really are the perfect dupe for the Korres Butters, highly recommended!

Vaseline (Original, Rosy Lips, Pink Bubbly, Aloe Vera, Cocoa Butter)

Oh Vaseline! I have owned a tin of Vaseline for as long as I can remember and have probably tried almost every flavour there is. I know some people don't get on with Vaseline but I have always been a fan. Despite being much glossier and stickier than the previous two Butters, I find that these are more moisturising and work especially well on dry and chapped lips. You can't go wrong with Vaseline, my favourite is probably the Rosy Lips one because of the slight hint of colour you get with it!

The Body Shop Lip Roll-On (Mint, Orange) 

I received these for Christmas and had never heard of them before, however they are pretty amazing. A natural lip roll-on that gives the lips a glossier, polished effect without being at all sticky. Seriously these are the perfect gloss for me, I'm not a fan of sticky glosses and these aren't at all. Plus the metal roll on is so cooling on the lips!! These aren't particularly moisturising but perfect for the days when you just want something light and stress-free to put on your lips!

So there you have it, my favourite lip balms, you really can never have too many, and I'll probably still keep collecting forever aha!

Janaury was definitely the month of the lips and glitter nails for me, I've never been much of a lip person but this month something changed aha!

No7 Stay Perfect Nail Polish in Starshower

I was debating whether to get this nail polish for ages and finally bit the bullet and got it just after Christmas. Its a stunning bronze glitter nail polish with a blue shimmer running through it. A really wearable glitter!

Essie Nail Polish in Leading Lady

I got this in the Essie Mini Winter Collection and I have to say i never thought I'd be a red glitter sort of girl, a bit too Wizard of Oz aha. However I absolutely love this colour, and i definitely plant to wear this all year round. A gorgeous red glitter suspended in a red polish, I like to wear Barry Ms 'Red Black' underneath this just to make it a bit darker and more vampy!

Revlon Nail Polish in Sequins

This was the first glitter polish I have ever bought and I bought it at the beginning of December, yes before December I had never owned a glitter nail polish and I now own seven, hows that for a turnaround aha. This polish has large chunks and small chunks of gold glitter and is perfect for adding over any nail polish, I love it.

Korres Lip Butter in Guava

I know there was a lot of hype surrounding these a few years ago but this was my first Korres Lip Butter and it is lovely, a really nice buttery balm that softens lips beautifully. I already have another colour, Pomegranate, on order!!

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Crush

Again like the glitter, I've never been much of a lip girl. I never dared wear dark lipsticks for fear of making my lips look smaller, however after seeing this on offer for £5 I had to try it. Its a stunning berry lip stain that has well and truly converted me into a lips girl, need I say anymore?!

Revlon Grow Lucious Plumping Mascara

I've been wearing this mascara for the past few months and thought it was about time I mentioned it. Part of the Grow Lucious range, I got the plumping version and although it isn't amazing on the eyelashes (its really good but I've still not found a mascara that makes my eyelashes amazing)  it has thickened them and made them so much stronger and healthier than they were before. I now no longer have stubby lashes, would definitely repurchase.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Permanent Taupe

I already have the bronze one of these but I really fancied a matte colour to use as a daily base and this is perfect. Its a lovely matte grey colour that I probably wear daily underneath my eyeshadow but please Maybelline release more colours!! America have had some gorgeous beige colours and I really want one aha!

Natural Collection Lipstick in Apple Blossom

Ever since I've fallen in love with lipsticks I've been on the hunt for the perfect nude, most of them are way to orange for my skintone however after thinking this was too pink for me. It actually settles down into a lovely nude colour, for a barginous £2!!

Clean&Clear Dual Action  Moisturiser

Finally, I seemed to go through a really spotty stage after Christmas, probably due to all the sugary food aha. But anyway I thought I'd give this a try and it has cleared it up really well. Be careful not to put this right under your eyes though as I found it makes them sting a little, however if your're careful this is amazing:)

Phew, that was a long one aha. So many amazing new products this month. I'm now really going to have to stick to my spending ban!!
