July Birchbox - £10 + £2.95 P&P*

I've always been so intrigued about beauty boxes and so I couldn't wait when I was given the chance to try the July Birchbox. and I was actually really pleased with the 5 samples I received.

Blanc Cachemire - Creme De Jour Protectrice / £54.75
This is a really gorgeous lightweight moisturiser that soaks into the skin so well!! It also smells amazing!

Beauty Protector - Protect & Detangle / £15.00
This is a leave in conditioner that you spray all over damp hair. It was surprisingly thick for a spray and I can definitely see myself using this a lot as I love leave in conditioners.

the Balm cosmetics - InStain Long Wearing Powder Staining Blush / £21.50
This is a powder blush that stays put all day. Its a lovely colour, perhaps a bit pink as I usually tend to go for peachy blushers. However it really does stain your cheek a little and stays put so well!

Laura Geller Beauty - Inkwell Gel Eyeliner / £24.50
I much prefer gel eyeliners to liquid ones so I was really happy with that however although the colour is lovely, I can't see myself getting much wear out of a purple eyeliner.

Weleda - Skin Food / £8.95
This is a really thick moisturiser that really does keep the skin super soft. However I'm not too fussed about the smell, very herbally.

The Chia Co - Shots / £4.79
Personally I'm not a huge fan of seeds however I have heard loads about Chia seeds so I'm looking forward to trying this!

Overall I was really happy with my box. I love that there are things that I just wouldn't choose in store and I think its a really great way to try new things. This has definitely made me consider subscribing to a beauty box!

How cute is the print on this playsuit? I wish I'd taken a close-up now aha. Its basically got a really gorgeous elephant print on it. I mush prefer wearing these as shorts though, I think because I'm quite tall i always struggle to find playsuits that don't look ridiculous on me.

Sorry for the lack of posts, but I've been so busy. I'm also going travelling in a weeks time for four weeks and I haven't decided if I will post during that time. I may just take a months break and then get back into it properly in September.

Barry M Hi-Shine Gelly 'Satsuma'
The perfect summer shade in my opinion. A dark orange colour with red tones in it. The formula of these is also amazing, gives a super gel like effect.

Maybelline Super Stay Gel Colour 'Divine Wine'
I never used to like pink nail polishes but this one has definitely won me over. In the winter I love vampy colours and this to me is the perfect summer alternative to those. A really nice berry pink colour. Goes with absolutely anything!

Barry M Hi-Shine Gelly 'Blue Grape'
Everyone has been going crazy for Electric/Royal Blue this Spring/Summer and personally I love wearing the shade on my nails. This one in particular is a really vibrant shade, highly recommended.

Barry M Hi-Shine 'Watermelon'
Not quite a 'Summer Bright' but I thought it fitted here more than the neutrals! A super dark teal colour that works surprisingly well in Summer as well as Winter.

Collection Lasting Gel Colour 'Coral Reef'
Probably my all time favourite summer nail polish at the moment. A really gorgeous coral colour that just seems to make my hands look amazing! Also looks great with a tan!!

How gorgeous is this playsuit? I can't believe it has taken me nearly a month to finally get around to wearing it. The is beautiful and I really like the sheer panel at the top of the playsuit. I'm loving how warm it is, summer clothes are so much better than winter clothes!

Money Supermarket recently asked 100 bloggers to reveal their holiday habits and how they prepare for their holiday. The results were actually pretty interesting, so I thought I'd post them on here for you to look at! I wasn't surprised that over half the bloggers take a smartphone on holiday with them, I don't think I'd be able to leave my iPhone at home aha.

I posted this post a few months ago about how I was changing my skincare routine quite drastically as my skin was terrible. Although it didn't look that bad with makeup on, to me I could see the spots and little bumps I had especially around my mouth and jaw! Anyway since then my skin has improved so much, its not perfect but its ten times better than it was before and so I thought I'd tell you guys my skincare routine, its going to have to be in two parts though as it'd be too long otherwise!

Garnier Soothing 2 in 1 Make-Up Remover

I remove my eye makeup using the Garnier 2 in 1 MakeUp Remover and it is seriously amazing!! It removes every last scrap of eye makeup and even does waterproof mascara easily. And the best thing is it doesn't leave an oily residue on the skin and my eyes feel soft and smooth after using this. A bargain at £2.99

REN ClearCalm Clarifying Clay Cleanser

REN are by far my favourite skincare brand, every single thing I've tried from them, I've absolutely loved! This cleanser is great for oily skin, it doesn't leave it feeling stripped or tight but just very clean and neutralised almost. Definitely worth the £18 it is.

Garnier Soothing Toner

The toner part of my routine is probably the one part I haven't really experimented much with. This toner is really nice and it leaves the skin feeling really clean. However I do plan to try the Clarins Exfoliating Toner and the Pixi Glow Tonic as I feel I need more from a toner than this gives. At the moment though this is fine for me.

Superdrug Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser

This is a really creamy cleanser that I tend to use in the morning to freshen my skin up. Its not at all greasy so its great for my oily skin. It leaves skin feeling super soft and I really enjoy using it.

I was lucky enough to receive this beautiful crop top from Lashes of London. Its quite structured but fits beautifully. And how cute is the print. I'm not usually a fan of crop tops but for some reason I really like this one, definitely going to be a summer staple for me.

Its been such a lovely weekend so I really hope the hot weather continues!! Did every watch the tennis  yesterday, I've been getting so into Wimbledon this year so it was amazing to see Murray finally win!!

Essie 'Stylenomics'

Not your typical summer nail polish colour but I love this dark forest green shade. Its very dark on the nails almost verging on black, perfect for those who like vampy nails.

Bourjois So Laque Glossy 'Amanda Defile'

This is such a lovely mint. Its more of a green mint than a blue mint which personally I prefer. The formula is also amazing.

Models Own 'Pray'

Again, probably not what most people would choose for summer but a really nice mushroomy grey colour, almost like a warm dark taupe.

Essie 'Absolutely Shore'

Probably my all-time favourite summer nail polish shade. A super pale mint colour that looks amazing with a tan. I don't know why there is so much hype over Essie's 'Mint Candy Apple' because this in my opinion is so much nicer!

Barry M Hi-Shine Gelly 'Lychee'

Another firm favourite of mine, a really gorgeous pinky nude colour. I usually find nude colours too grey for my skintone but this one compliments it perfectly!

DRESS - Primark, HEELS - New Look, WATCH - Fossil, RINGS - New Look & Topshop

I wore this dress a few weeks ago to celebrate the end of exams and I absolutely love it. I'm really loving monochrome at the moment and I think the print on this dress is a perfect way to wear the trend. I love how you can make it look completely different by pairing different accessories with it as well. A firm favourite already!

Sorry the posts have been less frequent lately but I've just been so busy. For the time being I'll try to stick to posting every other day but since I'm away for a month the posts may become less frequent then. I hope you guys are having a lovely summer.
