Maybelline Super Stay Nail Polish in Divine Wine

I've been loving pink nail polishes lately and this is by far my favourite! A lovely deep pink colour with a really long lasting formula.

Collection Lasting Gel Colour in Coral Reef

Another pink toned nail polish, I never thought I'd ever like a coral nail polish but this one is gorgeous and I love the formula as well, definitely plan to pick some more shades up.

Mac Palette - Woodwinked, Satin Taupe, Mulch, Twinks

I go through phases of loving my Mac palette and then just not using it. This month I have been using it none stop, especially Woodwinked which is a really gorgeous gold shade that goes a deep bronze colour when blended out.

Revlon ColorStay Foundation in Buff

I would have thought that my Revlon ColorStay foundation would be too heavy for summer but it really is the only foundation that keeps oil at bay. I've loved mixing this with the Garnier BB Cream for Oily skin. The perfect summer combo for those with oily skin!

Barry M Eyeshadow in Shade 9

This is definitely a nighttime eyeshadow but it's a gorgeous shimmery dark gold colour. Really stunning!

Garnier Summer Body Tanning Lotion

I'm not big on fake tan but for summer I absolutely love this. I have the Deep Sunkissed shade and I just need two coats of this to get a lovely tan! I also love the smell, really reminds me of summer and holidays.

Marks and Spencer Limited Bronzer in Light

I've been loving using this bronzer this month, its not too orangey and just adds a really nice warmth to my face.

La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo

After trying other moisturisers I just keep going back to this. Definitely a firm favourite of mine and its also the perfect makeup base!

Maybelline The Falsies Volum' Express in Waterproof Black

I'd forgotten how much I love this mascara. You only need a couple of coats to get full lashes and the waterproof formula really doesn't budge! Perfect for holidays!

I just wanted to do something to say a huge thank you to all you lovely readers! I can't believe 500 of you follow my blog, I'm literally so thankful!! Blogging is a huge passion of mine so it makes me really happy that you guys like reading something I love doing:)

I've been so excited to do this blog post for a while because I finally filled my MAC Quad Palette. I'm a bit of a newbie to MAC eyeshadows (I only own six) I can see it becoming an addiction which could prove to be quite costly :S

Anyway the colours is my MAC palette are:

WOODWINKED (Top Left) - Veluxe Pearl
This colour was at the top of my list for ages and it really is such a beautiful colour! A gorgeous gold that is actually really wearable during the day as well as into the night. When blended out it creates a slightly darker coppery colour in your crease which in my opinion really gives your eyes that added depth. A real staple! And the Veluxe Pearl finish is lovely, really silky and smooth!

MULCH (Top Right) - Velvet
This was my first ever MAC eyeshadow and I love it as much now as I did when I bought it. Its a lovely reddish chocolate brown with bronze shimmer. This colour makes the perfect smokey eye so simple!! A serious go to colour for me. The Velvet finish is actually really nice, I have heard some not so good reviews about the Velvet finish in terms of colour pay-off but this colour has no problems like that as all!

SATIN TAUPE (Bottom Left) - Frost
This colour really is so beautiful and I can definitely see why everyone loves it so much. A simple taupe colour with a hint of silver shimmer to it. I actually wear this colour most days, its the perfect daily shadow when you just want that hint of colour on your lids. The Frost finish is gorgeous as it has flecks of iridescent shimmer in it, yet its subtle enough to be able to be worn during the day.

TWINKS (Bottom Right) - Veluxe Pearl
This was my most recent colour, a surprise from my mum and sisters. They got the colour so right, it really is stunning. A lovely deep plum brown colour with a slight shimmer to it, really brings out green eyes and makes them pop. I also find this colour subtle enough to be worn during the day. Another Veluxe pearl which again is super silky.

And there you have it, I can't wait to start a new palette I think I'll probably stick to quads though as they are easier to store!

Mac Palette (Woodwinked, Mulch, Satin Taupe, Twinks)

I finally filled my Mac palette with the addition of Twinks. I really love this palette and I honestly can't wait to purchase another one and start filling that. My favourite one at the moment has to be Twinks, its such a lovely plumy brown that really brings out my hazel and green eyes!

Revlon ColourStay Foundation

This has reappeared into my daily routine. I just love this foundation, perfect for those with oily skin! I usually mix this with a BB cream to give a more natural coverage but I find if I apply the foundation with my hands and then use a buffing brush over the top, this gives a really flawless natural look.

Stila Smudge Pot in Kitten*

I honestly don't know why some people don't like this. Its a beautiful colour that I've loved wearing underneath my Mac eyeshadows, its texture is slightly different to other cream shadows but it blends really well and stays put all day!

MUA Blusher in Shade 6

A really lovely dusty pink blusher with a slight shimmer to it. I love this because its almost like a highlighter and blusher in one, perfect for the lazy like me.

Essie Nail Polish in Stylenomics

This is such a gorgeous dark nail polish. A very very dark petrol colour that is verging on being black, absolutely stunning and well worth a try if you like vampy polishes.

17 Eyeshadow Trio in 'In The Nude'

The brown eyeshadow out of this palette is stunning (you can see i've already made a dent in it), a lovely mid-brown with a slight satin finish. Really nice for those more natural days, just a sweep of this over the lids makes a subtle Olsen-esque smokey eye.

Soap & Glory 'The Righteous Butter'

This smells divine!! Very heavily scented but it amazing when slathered on after a shower.

Lush 'Mask of Magnaminty'

When I first bought this but I wasn't at all impressed, but thats probably because I was using it as a scrub. Once used properly as a face mask it is amazing. Clears my skin up completely when i have a breakout!

The Body Shop Shea Butter Shower Cream

This is a really creamy shower gel that I find extremely moisturising, and plus it smells amazingg! I don't shower without this now aha.

Garnier Soothing Eye Makeup Remover

I bought this up on a whim because I was in need of a new makeup remover. It removes every trace of eye makeup with minimal scrubbing. Seriously makes taking eye makeup off so easy!!

Best Foundation: Revlon ColorStay for Oily/Combo Skin

I discovered this after MissBudgetBeauty raved about it and I absolutely love it. Its the perfect foundation for me, high coverage, controls my shine yet still feels light on the skin!

Best Concealer: Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer

I must have used this concealer all year, I don't use anything else. Its great, full coverage, hides any blemishes and covers my bluey circles. Plus its an absolute bargain.

Best Powder: Rimmel Stay Matte

Tanya Burr loves this powder and so do I, although I haven't tried many other powders I just haven't found the need to because this is almost perfect. I usually only need to reapply it once a day and thats with my super oily skin.

Best Blusher: 17 Blusher is Damson

This blusher is lovely, I really want to try more colours. This is just a gorgeous pale pinky colour with a slightly plummy undertone. Perfect for everyday.

Best Bronzer:

Now I don't actually have a best bronzer because quite honestly I haven't found one that stands out above the rest. Bronzer is definitely something I plan to try lots of this year, I want to find a good one!

Best Eyeshadow Base: Maybelline Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze/Permanent Taupe

So much hype over these cream shadows and I would probably say I have worn these every single day underneath my eyeshadow, I still use the MUA eye primer underneath and that combination makes my eyeshadow last from 7 in the morning to 10 at night, amazing!

Best Eyeshadow: Mac Eyeshadows in Woodwinked, Mulch and Satin Taupe

So I'm cheating a bit with this because I got Woodwinked and Satin Taupe fairly recently how I am in love with them, I've used them everyday since I got them, gorgeous colours. I got Mulch at the beginning of 2012 and its a shadow I reach for time and time again when i'm going out. The perfect smoky brown colour.

Best Eyebrow Pencil: Rimmel Brow Pencil (forgot to photograph it oops.)

Its a great affordable eye pencil that suits my eyebrow colour pretty damn well!

Best Eyeliner: Avon SuperShock in 'Blackberry' and 'Khaki' AND Rimmel ScandalEyes in 'Nude', 'Taupe' and 'Bronze'

So I couldn't decided between these but they are definitely equally as good as each other. Both waterproof and both long lasting and between them both, I can get almost every colour I wish for. My favourite colour out of all of these has to be 'Blackberry', a gorgeous dark plummy red, perfect alternative to black.

Best Mascara: Revlon GrowLucious Mascara

Now this is an odd one, whilst the mascara isn't amazing for my lashes and the look is good but nothing special when I'm wearing it. However it is seriously making my lashes look so much fuller and longer, i've noticed such a huge difference.

Best Brushes: Real Techniques Buffing Brush and Expert Face Brush

Do I need to say anything about these brushes? Two words: they're amazing!! I alternate between them depending on the coverage I want and I hope they last forever aha!

I'm sorry this post is a little late but I wanted to get my sales picks up around Boxing Day. Anyway this is just a quick snapshot of what I got for Christmas, I know some people aren't keen on these posts but I personally love having a nosey at what others got for Christmas. I have been very spoilt this Christmas and with my birthday coming up on the 4th, I have a feeling I'm going to be very spoilt once again; probably the reason I love Christmas so much aha, two sets of presents and lots of time to spend with friends and family! It thats time of year again, party season!! Work parties, Christmas parties, New years eve parties... (my birthday parties!!) aha. And for me I always find myself reaching for the same kind of makeup around this time of year. I always up for a gorgeous bronze smokey bronze, it's always the type of look I go for around Christmas. These are some of my favourite products that I used to create a bronze smoky eye:

First I always have to use a bit of the Maybelline Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze, I find its a great base for any smoky eye but in particular I find layering a bronze smokey eye over this cream shadow base just makes my eyes pop! Definitely a must have for me.

Next is eyeshadow, one of my ultimate favourites for what is perhaps the simplest bronze smoky eye ever is Mac Eyeshadow in Mulch. Mulch has to be one of my favourite Mac eyeshadows, on its own its a lovely brown with gold shimmer but paired with the color tattoo it transforms into a stunning bronzy colour. Another firm favourite but much more glitzy combo is this 17 Eyeshadow Trio in Enraged; these three shades are all very shimmery but if you fancy going all out for a dramatic eye, they are gorgeous when used all together; the pale gold all over the lid, the shimmery pale pink in the inner corner of the eye and the darker colour along the lash line and through the crease. A more recent purchase is this Revlon Eyeshadow Quad in Adventurous. These shades are all lovely but I especially love the bronze colour combined with the matte dark brown through the crease, more understated that the 17 Trio but still stunning!

And last but not least is eyeliner and mascara. I'm a huge fan of pencil eyeliners and two of my firm favourites have to be Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl in Bronze and Avon SuperShock Gel Liner in Black and Blackberry. These two eyeliners have to be the longest lasting eyeliners ever, seriously these don't budge and they are really nice colours too. And you can't have a proper smokey eye without plenty of mascara; my favourite has to be the Avon SuperShock Max Mascara, seriously good with lots of volume!

17 BB Cream in Light

I have recently rediscovered this BB cream and I absolutely love it. Its fairly thick and feels more like a foundation but with a lighter more natural coverage, so its great for Winter when you don't want to be caked in foundation but you want something thats still going to cover.

Topshop Nails in 'Ruthless'

I wore this for my Christmas Architecture ball last night and I can't believe how long I haven't worn this for, the colour is a stunning dark pinky red. Amazing for Autumn/Winter.

Avon Supershock Gel Eyeliner in Blackberry

I have been wearing this liner so much over the past few weeks, a stunning dark plum colour. Its a great alternative to black and looks a lot less harsh. The Avon Supershock eyeliners are amazing, long lasting, budgeproof and glide on really nicely, definitely up there as my holy grail eyeliner.

Mac Eyeshadow in Mulch

I just love this colour. Mulch has always been a very firm favourite of mine, this ones definitely going to keep cropping up in my favourites time and time again. A gorgeous chocolately brown with goldish/reddish shimmer in it.

17 Blusher in Damson Wine

This blusher is such a nice, really subtle pinky colour. I'm not sure why but this has just been the blusher I've always picked up this month. Lovely and natural.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze

The maybelline color tattoos are still a very firm favourite of mine, especially this bronze colour. Its just amazing for wearing daily as a base with a neutral eyeshadow over the top. Such an easy daily look.

MUA Eyeshadow in Shade 12

Finally I've been picking up this eyeshadow quite a few times this week, a brown with green pearldescent shimmer. This is a very good dupe for Macs Club only I think the MUA shadow has more green shimmer in it. But this colour has been such a great alternative to a grey smokey eye, perfect in the run up to Christmas.

And there it is, another monthly favourites! Aa I can't actually believe it is December. Very very excited for Christmas. Escentric Molecules, Molecule 1 - Amazon £27.00
Theres been so much hype surrounding this perfume, so I decided to buy a sample of it on eBay, and I absolutely love the smell, its a masculine, woody smell with a slightly sweet hint to it; not sure if I've described it correctly but thats my interpretation aha. Anyway I love this perfume, well worth £27!

Grease Lightning Spot Treatment - Lush £5.95 
My skin hasn't been the best lately, probably a combination of lots of drinking (fresher at uni!) and less sleep than normal. Anyway I'm hoping this will live up to my high expectations:)

Burberry Eyeshadow in Midnight Brown - Burberry £22.50
I have been after this eyeshadow for absolutely agess, I love this colour and I just think the shadows look so sleek and luxurious!! Pricey but thats exactly why its on my christmas list.

Mac Eyeshadow in Woodwinked, Satin Taupe, Smut, Sable, Romp, Twinks - Mac £12.00/£10.00
I've been wanting a Mac palette for ever, and I'm always jealous of those who have a full 15-pan neutral Mac palette. I currently own Mulch, Greensmoke and Plumage and I love each and everyone of them, I'm hoping I can add these 6 shadows to my small collection. Woodwinked is by far my most wanted, its stunning!

MeMeMe Dew Pots in Autumn Smoulder - MeMeMe £7.25 (Also sold at Superdrug but couldn't find them online)
Pixiwoo have been using this so much in many of their recent tutorials and I just love the colour and the way they use it each and everytime. A gorgeous plummy colour, perfect for AW!

Essie Nail Polish in Stylenomics - Essie/Boots - £7.99
Finally, I am yet to own an Essie nail polish despite loving so many of colours. I just can't justify spending £8 on a nail polish, for me its just a little too pricey. But what are Christmas lists for eh? I've loved Stylenomics ever since it was released, a beautiful dark teal colour!
