Le Soft Solid Perfume Stick - £19.00*

Solid perfume sticks are a relatively new concept to me so I was really excited to receive these two to try and test out. It seems like the perfect idea for me as I have a very sensitive chest and neck, so I often find that the majority of perfumes irritate my chest making it really sore! Each perfume stick has a Monoi Butter base making them extremely nourishing on the skin. I received the scents Copacabana, a light floral scent containing notes of Jasmine, Violet and Orange Blossom, and Rock, a heavier scent containing notes of Bergamot, Cedar and Musk. Out of the two, the Rock scent is by far my favourite!

The packaging suggests a number of ways that you can apply this however I just stuck to applying it to my neck and wrists. The perfume takes a minute or two to soak into the skin but once it's sunk in the fragrance literally lasts for ages! I can apply these perfume sticks in the morning and still get a whiff of it that same evening and they are perfect for carrying in your bag. I really love the idea of solid perfume and I think it works really well, I can definitely see other perfume brands branching out into this at some point in the future!

REN No.1 Purity Cleansing Balm 100ml - £23.00*

You guys know what a huge fan of REN I am, all of their skincare I have tried has done wonders for my skin! So I was pretty intrigued when I heard about a range called Rosa Centifolia, as I've only really tried their ClearCalm range (which is amazing btw). I was asked if I wanted to try something from the range and I chose the No.1 Purity Cleansing Balm as I've heard so much about cleansing balms and I'm yet to try one. 

The first thing I absolutely loved about this cleansing balm was the texture, it feels so soft and silky on your face, not at all drying yet still really light at the same time. I rubbed a little between my hands and then massaged it onto my face, and it just melts away my makeup. I haven't tried removing my eye makeup with it because I'm not a huge fan of putting cleansing products near my eyes however I think it would be really good at removing eye makeup. I then wipe it off with a damp cloth and it really does leave skin super soft and clean! The only thing I didn't like about this product was the packaging, because the balm is so thick it is really difficult to squeeze out of the tube. However it's only the 100ml that comes in a tube, the 150ml comes in a tub so if you think you're going to like it I would definitely recommend the larger size so that it comes in a tub. This balm would definitely suit all skin types, despite the fact I have oily skin it didn't feel heavy at all!

Warehouse recently ran a competition where their customers were chosen to be the new stylists of the Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. They were asked to choose a number of outfits each which would suit a different location and situation, such as an interview, a dog walk and a cocktail bar. I'm so sorry I've been so absent these past few weeks, they've been pretty crazy to say the least and to be completely honest blogging has been the last thing on my mind. However things are getting back to normal now and so hopefully the posts will be getting more regular!

This is my first outfit post in a long long time and its basically been my go-to outfit when its been slightly cooler for the past few weeks. A fine knit jumper, jeans and either sandals or converse! So easy and simple to wear. I've definitely been leaning towards the more simple outfits lately.

I know its been a long time coming but August has been such a crazy month for me. I've been away to Morocco with my family then I went inter-railing across Europe for what was meant to be 3 weeks. However I had to return after only 2 weeks as we had to put down our beautiful dog who was only 8 years old. I have since spent the past week ill with quite a sore throat infection, I'm still not completely better but I've missed my blog. So blog posts will resume but just not as frequently as before. I hope this is okay with you guys! Anyway on with the second part of my skincare routine.

Indeed Laboratories Hydraluron
I bought after Caroline Hirons recommended it and despite having oily skin this works absolute wonders at hydrating my skin. I tend to use it twice a week as I find thats all my skin needs and plus it is pretty pricey at £24.99. However this tube has lasted ages as you only need to use a small amount.

REN Hydra-Calm Global Protection Day Cream
Despite this being a day cream, I found it a bit heavy for me to use under makeup so instead I use it at night. Its a really lovely day cream that soothes and calms my sensitive skin overnight, it's not at all greasy either.

Alpha-H Liquid Gold
There was so much hype for this when it came out but I have to admit it is firm part of my skincare routine. It contains glycolic acid and reduces the appearance of scars and blemishes and just makes skin look really refreshed. I use this once a week.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo
I absolutely love this treatment. I use it every morning under makeup and it is so good at reducing spots and keeping oil at bay. So light on the skin and its one of the things I can honestly say is definitely helping to improve my skin.

REN Glycolatic Radiance Renewal Mask
I love using this mask, I tend to use it once a week and its basically a sticky orange mask that contains fruit acids that again reduce the appearance of blemishes and just leaves skin much smoother.

REN ClearCalm 3 Clarity Restoring Mask
I know I haven't photographed this but thats because I have been using samples of it and have only just got around to ordering a full-size bottle, however i thought it deserved a mention. Its basically a clay based mask that I use twice a week and it reduces the appearance of blemishes so much. I'm no even kidding there is such a noticeable difference after using this mask. Definitely a firm favourite of mine!
