I can't believe how fast these weeks are going, I feel like my summer is disappearing in front of my eyes, madness! This top is from Topshop and me and my sister fell in love with it as soon as we saw it!! It goes with literally everything and is so good for dressing up jeans and shorts. During the summer I can honestly say that I live in denim shorts!! Seriously such an easy outfit to wear, denim shorts + silky cami = dream combo at the moment. My outfits are getting so monochrome at the moment, so much so that my family keep joking that I match with the new puppy (see my instagram for photos!). I don't know what it is but I'm just so drawn to black and white clothes, however I have ordered some more coloured stuff lately so will be showing you guys those when they arrive!

PLAYSUIT - Topshop, HEELS - Matalan, WATCH - Fossil

So it's been quite a long time since I last blogged and I don't know where the time has gone!! Since Easter I've just been so busy doing uni work and seeing people, I also had a few camera problems just after Easter but everything is all sorted now so hopefully I can get back into blogging regularly! I can't believe I have finished the second year of uni, only one year left!! So sad! However I am so looking forward to a summer of doing absolutely nothing haha.

I wore this playsuit on a night out to celebrate finishing exams and deadlines. I really love it, the detailing on the top of the playsuit is gorgeous and I think its great for people like me who love adding interest to an outfit without wearing bright colours!

 On another note we have just bought a beautiful cocker spaniel puppy who is literally the cutest thing ever!! He's adorable and so naughty! If you want to see plenty of pictures of him then follow me on instagram: @emilyyblane

I love simple outfits like this for the summer, a nice slouchy top and some high wasted shorts and you're all set! Please excuse the pasty legs, definitely need to get some fake tan on them!

This is such a simple outfit but I absolutely love it! This dress is from Topshop and although it is super short, I can't wait to wear it throughout summer. I'm seriously loving stripes at the moment, I think they make even the simplest of dresses or tops look good.

I'm now home for Easter which is so so nice, got so much work to do though which isn't so great!

Finally going home tomorrow for Easter and I cannot flipping wait! This has been such a long semester and I am definitely ready for a break and to see all my friends and family at home. I love this jumper from Primark, I think you can find so many good things in the Mens section. This one came is loads of different colours I was tempted to get more but I think the colour on this one is really nice and could easily been worn in summer too!

DRESS - Topshop, BOOTS - eBay, WATCH - Fossil, NECKLACE - Zara

I borrowed this gorgeous dress from my sister, I adore the digital floral print on it and I think the colours are stunning! However it is a super weird fit, tight top and bottom and really baggy around the middle.. Not sure I'm that keen on the fit but the print is too gorgeous not to wear! And on the plus side it does hide your tummy a bit so perfect for going out for dinner in :)

I'm loving the sun at the moment, please carry on until summer!! It makes getting up for uni ten times easier and less painful! Hope you're all having a lovely week.
