Happy Mothers Day!
We always have lots of family around for Mothers Day and so this year I decided I was going to make some brownies. Previously I haven't had much luck with brownies however these ones turned out so nice and fudgey!! They were definitely a real treat this Mothers Day. I used a recipe from a website called Baking Mad which has so many lovely recipes!
You will need:
150g butter
200g plain chocolate (I used milk chocolate)*
100g golden caster sugar
75g dark muscovado sugar
3 egg
75g plain white flour
50g white chocolate chips (I used dark)*
The process is really simple. Melt the chocolate and butter, then using an electric mixer, mix in the sugar and eggs one at a time. Finally add the flour and chocolate chips and then put in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes, the recipe says 30 minutes however I had to leave them for 40 minutes for them to be cooked all the way through!
They were seriously so good, and i would definitely recommend giving them a go!
